Requirements:

  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organization
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working condition or redundancy packages with staff and representatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Any Discipline. Preferable from communication, journalism, & marketing
  • Having excellent in marketing, writing, communication, and computer skills. A good understanding of social media marketing techniques is also required

Requirements:

  • Having knowledge about marketing principles, pricing strategy, marketing research, sales management, consumer behavior, Internet-based marketing and Promotions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Administration Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Any Discipline. Preferable from business administration
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with financial
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Attention to detail and a team player with leadership skills

  • Ability to prepare budgets and track them accurately throughout the year
  • Manage office supplies stock and placing orders
  • Prepare regular financial and administrative reports
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
